Pampera 250 Instruments & switches Help/Replacement

Good morning All, I'm new here !!
I've been given a GasGas Pampera 250 2Stroke, The switch assembly on LH bar is missing all the buttons etc, so i'm looking for a replacement option / conversion to something more readily available... and a wiring diagram if anyone has one !

The Instruments.... they just have a faint orange/red glow... any help with them would be appreciated... either how do i get it to work or a replacement option.

What year Pampera?
I have a 2002 and a 2005-2006 parts list{s}
Both show the light switch as part number BE25734001.
OPD might still have one available, if you are in the USA.
I have a 2005 280 Pampera. Cheers.

Cpd . Typo . Central power sports direct . Our part number in search block . If not moto-classic in the uk probably has the switch . I bought some nos ones for my 2003 Gasgas wild from him . Think it was listed under the pampera pages

thanks everyone, i'm based in the UK (well Isle of Man actually - famous for TT Races - and David Knight!)
I've found the switch more local for a reasonable 60euros
I think my bike is 2005 250cc 2 stroke. @slocalspode any chance you can send me both parts list please ?
I tried moto classic originally, they didnt have the switch or dash i was looking for... ended up in a place in Ireland, thanks to the part number from this thread.

Any help with the Dash/Instruments would be appreciated.... i'm a gas gas virgin ! mostly in to BMW's and Jap bikes.
 
Search the "Resources" for Pampera. There are a few files I've up loaded there.
Or send me an Email address and I can forward the Owners, Parts and manuals
that I have.
Yea, I believe Europe got the 250 and USA got the 280. Really a 272cc modified
trials engine.

thanks for that....was trying to save on wiring hacks! I've found a KTM one that looks nice !!

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for 2001 Gas Gas Pampera 250 ??

That looks pretty decent actually... later version of my round one... does it do MPH though as mine only has KPH... i need MPH really to get the bike back on the road, as it will have to be tested (we dont have annual tests here, only needs a test if its not been on the road for a couple of years)

Here is an adapter wiring harness to gauge . If bike side is same as yours you can just cut the ends on this one . That way not splicing into factory harness

I'll strip the speedo off this weekend.... see what the connections are... this might be useful.

I would have to go take mine out box and check but thought it had mph or kilometers

Yeah know what I found out about some of trail tech stuff - the little temp gauges have a battery sealed inside them and they are not replaceable . Trail tech totally forgets to tell you that in description. So they want you to throw away a $60 gauge cause battery dead . I milled back off carefully and changed battery and made a cover but won’t be buying any of these type gauges from them again . So just saying make sure what you buy if battery powered you can change battery .
