Has anyone had any luck contacting the people at P3? Seems e-mails go unanwsered and the phone never gets anwsered either. I ordered a pipe guard 6 weeks ago and would like to get an undate on delivery. They have my money, I just like to know whats going on. Others on other forums claim they can't get a response and some have been waiting for months (3 or more).
 
It took me 7 weeks to get mine from them. I resorted to hate e-mail then I felt bad later the owner called me back and was very apologetic. If it is any consolation the pipe guard was worth the wait.

I ordered mine on Dec 12 2011 finally got it feb 17, 2012. 2 months. They take a while but its a good product. They are a small operation. so you have to be patient.

I remember the many emails I sent unsure if I'd been had or not. As stated, the people working there are batching guards for many makes and models (not reading emails). Sometimes you need to wait a few weeks for them to get around to the gas gas batch. Other times they'll be in stock. It would be grouse if they could communicate this a bit better. As stated great product though. Worth the wait (if you dont bust you pipe up first).
 
14 weeks and nothing. I've tried contacting him by phone, e-mail and fax . I can't even get a status on the order, he's been paid for 11 weeks. I guess I'm at the point where I'll have the charges reversed and see if that gets any response. Very frustrating
 
Small is no excuse for poor service. Lead time should be up front and on the table, and you should not be charged for something until it ships.

Exactly. I'd love to have one but I value good service too much.
 
I love mine but it is looking a bit bashed up anyone know som DIY sites where I can learn how to refurbish it? Possibly strengthen it at the same time?
 
The thing is after 14 weeks I don't know if he's just blown the order off because it's an FMF pipe on a Gas Gas or what the story is. If I could just get an answer so I'd know. Hell I thought I'd out smart him and send a Fax and that won't even pick up :confused:
 
I order a pipe guard mid-march, still don't have it. Never again. I have ordered from them before and I know it takes a while, but it seems to have gotten worse. Too bad, it's a good product but I of course smashed the pipe while waiting. :(
 
Hyde is ugly but it works very well. I have a good mod for an '11 hyde to fit a '12/'13 .
 
P3 What a joke!

I knew I would be waiting, as their web-site declares. Not sure why this business doesn't have a receptionist that can answer a phone, return your phone call, or return your email as their voicemail indicates. It's just frustrating! I have a tip for them-- hire a few more people; the products aren't cheap, the money is there.
 
Same experience here... except I ordered mine through Steve (aka Twowheels).
That way he could call them 4 x's a day!!!
