I also need the larger one. And need info on which of the various manufacturers make the best? Differences? I want mucho bottom power, don't mind lack of top end. Please PM if you have one for sale.

you just need to install the distance plates like I did
I made them by myself and I am waiting for the new parts, because every one of my friend like to have one.

Has anyone seem a PV cover made for the E start bikes? From what I can see, my 2011 EC250 has very little space for a larger cover.

it will not fit, but I am thinking about milling one special for a friend, when it works, I will post it. :D
 
Thank you for the links. I wish I had read it before I ordered a flywheel wt from Steahly for 110.00 From Checkpoint it was 69.00.

Wy dont you make a batch up , im sure you would sell them on here , oh and id be interested :D
 
here is are some pictures of the current version

a friend put a 300cc on the power testing station and he found out that the 10mm plate gives 4NM of torque more at lower RPM

The current plates are 15mm and one rip is removed for bigger volume.
I got gaskets and screws as well
