PV lever plate

You don't say where you are.. and whats this HELP? Are you after a second hand one or new? Called your dealer? Come on now.

Thats a common part, same for years, and should be available and its cheap. If I were going to redesign anything in the motor that would be the first. PV itself is great, but that actuator plate is annoying when it breaks during service.

You can fix them in a jam though, maybe even better than new. Drill the broken end of the stud out and tap for M5 thread. Its hardened from the weld so you have to heat with a torch first until red and let cool slow to remove the temper. Cut and dress a short M5 bolt, and make a short spacer to tighten the bolt against the plate and for the PV rod to ride on. Dimmension the same as the original stud. I used some stainless tubing I had around, but it should be 5mm ID X 6mm OD. Bolt the PV rod back to the plate with this using red loctite. Make sure the end of the bolt is flush with the back of the plate. Works fine, done it to two bikes so far.
