question about 2011 GG

Can any tell me if the later GGs, notably the 2011, have the subframe mounting bolts designed with captive nuts? My '05 drives me crazy taking the subframe off and having to use a wrench to hold the nuts on the backside.

Also, are the plastic attacment points still the Rivet type threaded inserts? I have had issues with those on my '05 as well and wonder if the have found a new method for that as well.

Yes, 2011 has captive nuts on the subframe, very beefy I might add. Yes they still use the plastic rivet fastener, but this is very easily converted to a bolt with a tap. Only 2 that I know of on the 2011.

The top subframe mounts have a "loose" nut and bolt.
