I have a bad habit of riding my rear brake too much and it has been overheating. I'm trying to change my riding style, but I also added some cooling fins that seem to help delay rear brake fade. The fin is a really a single piece of 1/8" x 1.5" aluminum bent into a "U" shape and JB-Welded to the rear brake caliper. The JB Weld is a metalized epoxy and the heat conducts well across the glue joint. It definitely keeps the rear brake cooler.
