9 95jersey New member Dec 29, 2014 #6 I ride in mostly sand, no rocks or hard pack. My go to tire is Michelin S12, just wondering if you guys run a standard 110 or upsize to the 120. Looks like several run the 120's.

Me too.. Particularly on a 250. Depends what you want. Big footprint, good hookup, less responsive... or improved tip in and better throttle response.

Same experience with the stock tyres . A Pirelli 120 is about the same as a Metzler 140.There are some good threads on how tyres are measured.
