Rekluse LHRB lever options??

I have the LHRB from Rekluse I would like a longer lever I find the strength needed from the current short lever wearing out my left hand pretty quick on an MX track I would like a longer lever so that it is easier to transfer more strength into braking. Anyone know what type of lever to use? I've been searching with little luck so far might have to ask Rekluse.

I think I might also want to look for a shorter clutch lever any suggestions would be welcome.

Found on dirtrider.net that the master cylinder is a Hayes Stoker trail. No luck yet on longer levers. Seem to be a mountain bike master cylinder

Yes it is a mtn bike lever, but you wont find any longer levers for it. Another options is to ditch the rekluse LHRB and use a clutch master for the brake. It is bulky and you wont be able to fit two clutch masters on your bars. Ive since ditched my clutch lever since I dont use it. Not alot of options out there, or just keep working out that left hand so you get Popeye arm!!!!

Shorter levers for the AJP clutch master is easy to find. I Just bought a pair of short levers, both clutch and brake from my local (Norwegian) Gasgas importer.

Not exactly the same, as Rekluse use (AFAIK) the now obsolete Hayes Stroker Trail master cylinder, while this Smokn kit uses the current Hayes Prime Comp. These master cylinders may be compatible, I don't know. But if the master cylinder piston diameter differs, the "feeling" and leverage will also differ.

Has anyone had any luck hooking up a thumb operated rear brake like they use on the road bikes? I thought this would be better than having to negotiate two conventional levers.

Found some other option. Ox LHRB seems like interesting idea cable operated lever that somehow connects the rear brake cylinder. there is a threat on thumpertalk but no review yet.

I'll see if I can get used to this or look for a better quality mountain bike master cylinder.

There is nothing wrong with the Rekluse set-up. I can lock the rear wheel up just as easy as I could with the rear pedal.

What brake pads do you use? Maybe it's my big fat belly and lack of Popey arms or have to get them bled better. I can lock up the wheel where I rode yesterday the soil had a lot of grip so didn't lock up that quick. I've ridden a lot of road sports bikes I really like powerful brakes. Rode a KTM 250sxf last year and loved the front brake.
