Previous owner filled the adjustment hole with caulk or epoxy. How can i replace the adjuster? Where can you get parts other than the complete assembly?

You could try and source a complete set of caps. What size fork? Althernatively you could look at maybe dropping a complete set of newer forks in the triples. Thats some bodgeness right there!

Savages. That adjuster is actually two parts inside, the knob and the needle that engages the rebound push rod tube. These WP43 forks exist on thousands of KTMs, so parts should not be a big problem.

Wohoooo! 2001 ktm has same forks!!!! Ktmhutt has knob and oring. 5.99$!

Hopefully the caulk or whatever the savages applied didn't booger the threads. Maybe the settings were perfect in that leg??? Ha.

Update. The material in the place where the knob belonged was a dirt dobber nest. I was prepared with chisel and.......crunch with tool load only. Removed broken plastic remains. Woohoo! Now need to pair right rear spring with my .50 kg units up front. 5.6 or 5.8 or 6.0??? Im 245 lbs.
