Ring Gap question.....again?

Just wanted to run this by the guys on here that know ALOT more then I do. My old rings in my EC250 measure at .6mm, the new rings going in measure at .4mm. Seems a little tight but still in spec. with what wiseco says. Wisecos minimum specs are at .1mm or .004 in.

I decided to replace the rings because my compression was down to 130 psi.

O.k. a rant! DANG IT!!! It's pissing down rain now and I have the jug off of one bike and a flat on the other.......argggggh! Sorry, It just never rains here!

0.4mm is good. 0.5mm is safe. I put my rings in at the minimum end of the scope when I did mine. Around 0.3mm. The wiseco calc works (Wiseco's site provides a formula : bore * multiplier. The multiplier is a function of the application.)
