I had mine repaired. Used some silver solder on the threads and then ran a die over them again. Fiddly, but achievable. This is assuming you haven't damaged the internal thread on the damper rod. I'd be checking that first.
The other option is a complete fork cap. There are also 2 x cap models on the Sachs. One with a preload adjustment and one without. I spent over 6 months trying to chase a replacement clicker, and in the end got sent some of the tiny alen head bleed screws.. at which point I gave up (had the damaged one repaired within a few days of making the mistake).
