This is a Scotts top clamp for 1 1/8 inch bars to mount a Scotts steering damper on the clamp. Came off of my 2003 GasGas 250 EC but was the wrong part for my bike. Fits GasGas 05-08 EC and XC 2 strokes, 07-09 4 strokes. Position 1 with oversized bars for both 2 strokes and 4 strokes.
Also fits XR400 and 650 with BRP or Scott top triple clamp. Scott part # is 1004023
