Anyone know if the Gasgas ec 125 2006 is similar or same to another bike. Trying to buy a seat cover from strikeseats but they dont have the template for my bike

I would imagine that kx foam would be the closest. But that is just a guess.

The gasgas frame was originally a clone of the kawasaki kx perimeter frame. But it has evolved over time

Honestly, most seat covers are fairly similar. I checked out my buddy's YZ250 seat cover and it would have worked on my '11 Gasser with no issue. Just gotta make sure there is enough material to be able to stretch/fasten it properly and that there are no seams that would make riding uncomfortable.

What Kx model and year are we thinking about when being closest? I googled KX 125 2006 since its same CC and year and it looks very similar to mine
 
I would think a mid to late 90's KX maybe would be closer. Where are you located (I fear far away!), I may have a used 99 KX seat cover you could use to see if it worked?

I thought you were in the euro zone but I wanted verify...I compared pictures and I believe 92/93 or 94/95 Kawasaki KX would be very similar. I also looked at US GG distributor website and their parts fiche indicated GG 2001-2008 EC 125-300 seat covers are the same. Good luck with your search!

Why not just order one that you know will fit? The seat cover links I provided do fit and the company is in Spain so it's not like you're having to order from the US.

Ah hmm. Well, it would have been nice had you mentioned that in the beginning and I wouldn't have wasted my time linking the readily available seat covers.
