I bought a used pair of SG10 boots in good condition.
The boots have a pressure point on the inside of leg about 4 inches above my ankle. The pressure point is caused by an inward buckle of the leather where the boot flexes.

Hit a hidden treestump with my Gaerne fastbacks at our last enduro last fall. The impact broke the buckle and the plate it fastened too. Ordered new buckle and made a new plate with more surface area. I wonder if you could do same, maybe a larger surface area would fix the pinch point?
