finally got around to gopro ing the track I been working on.as usual the gopro doesn't do the steepness justice, but from the bottom it climbs almost 800ft then descends all the way down(end of clip) then up and out the other side.the climb up is "slaves n bulldozers",the descent "superunknown"

Did I see sheep?? :D

Verr nice trails barossi! I've got the go pro on charge atm. Might take it out into our latest works tomorrow with a mate.

yes you saw sheep!cursed animals!had another clip I accidentally deleted where I actually hit one(no harm done).sheep faked left,i went right, sheep faked right,i went left, sheep went left again right under my front wheel.knocked it over just as I came to a stop, baa ran off.audio was amusing, there was a loud ooof that came out of me followed by a string of truly colourful language!my kids thought it was brilliant

We get roos and wallabies over here. A mate i ride with is a magnet for them. They're always hopping into his front wheel from stage left.

Nice tracks you've got there.

ouch!i have spent a little time around bendigo, vic with the inlaws and seen a few roos.cant say id want to hit one at the top of its leap!worse than sheep I reckon, harder to see, faster moving, and some are quite large arent they!some locals swore by "roo whistles?"that they stuck to their cars to scare em off.no idea if they work(doubtful if a otp 2t doesn't scatter em) but you could try taping some to your mate and his ride?(for his safety of course...and your amusement)
what does he ride?could they be attracted to pumpkin orange?

now that you mention it...he does ride a 530. I call it the grenade/orange timebomb. We keep telling him to sell it before it lets go :D

I usually follow him as he knows where he's going more than I do, so I have a vested humour interest in him not having any sort of roo deterrent

....sweet Soundgarden references. As long as you don't go all "Jesus Christ pose" after hitting a sheep, life is good!

yeah,a 2t soundgarden!
no jc pose, but does hanging inverted to straighten my tweaked back count as 'down on the upside'?
