Spring wanted

Looking for a 4.8 to replace 5.2 on an '07 EC300 Sachs shock.

That would be great if they were interchangeable because he's got a 5.2 he would trade you.
Anyone out there know ?

I think they are slightly different, but I have one of each on the shelf I can measure and let you know. FYI, ScottyR mentioned he has used Yamaha KYB springs on the Sachs shock. 4.8 is really light, your buddy must be a little guy! I'm 185 but any heavier and I'd have to go to the 5.4.

If no good trade deals turn up call Les, he may have something.

Yah, I think he's still at his winter weight...152 lbs.
I can't bust him too bad though because he had 15 minutes on me by the gas stop at the last enduro.

hmm interesting ...
i was 195 last year and ran the 5.4 ...
I'm down to 185 right now and seems to be still dropping ...
right now i plan to still run the 5.4
do you think that will be a big issue??

The only time I need more spring is in the south jersey sand. The bike is set up for rocks as thats what I ride 90% time. I think I will try the 5.4/.44 combo just to satisfy my curiosity.
