Hello GasGas,
I've just purchased a 2005 450 FSE. In reading the manual, it instructs the user to not turn the moto off using the key, but to use the 'stop' button on the right handle bar control. The manual says that 'damage' can occur to the fuel injection system.
Unfortunately, the bike has been modified and that stop button removed... the previous owner only has a 'start' button installed.
I'm wondering if anyone out there can advise on the proper way to turn the bike off if the start/stop control is not functional as in my case?
