Stiky PV

PV was sticking so I started investigating last night. Seems like the "central exhaust valve" is hanging up about 3/4's of the way thru the travel. Am I correct in assuming you have to pull the cylinder off to remove it? Thanks

You can get the PV out without removing the cylinder.. but it takes a bit of fiddling. Even easier if you're willing to remove the head though. Few threads on how to do it. Remove pipe, both pv covers, then disconnect the arm on the rhs (dont pull up on it), and the bearing and drum will pull out. Push the guide pin out the other side, and remove bearing and drum. PV flapper then just needs to be wriggled out.
