Strange carb settings

Hello.
I have an ec200 hobby 2006. I've recently bought the bike. It uses a lot of fuel. I've looked at the carb settings and it is as follows. Pj 45 , main 168, needle NOZJ and #5 slide.
These setting don't seem like any others I've looked at on line.
Why has it got a #5 slide?
It won't tick over, I've tried different pilot jets and no matter what I do adjusting the air and idle screw makes very little difference.
The reeds look good also.
Any advice would be good. Thanks

If you have the 38mm carb, I think the 168 main is on the lean side
I was running a 36mm carb on my 200 with r1370eka in #1 or 2 with 40pj and 172 main

I had similar problems when I bought my 06 EC200 back in 2009. It's an expensive solution, but I put a Lectron on it. Worked wery well. When I bought the 2015 EC200, I moved the Lectron onto that one. Now, my 2015 is close to 500 hours, the Lectron is still with me and working as good as it did back then. The days of jetting woes are long gone;)
