stupid question

Sorry, I know it's a stupid question, but.. Here we go.
The tank on my ec has the main clear bit and then the black bit that the full cap screws onto.
What happens if a bit of full goes into black bit? Is there any link between the two? It had not botherd me before as I had not brimmed the tank before (to the top of the clear bit) and then realised how easy the fule could bounce into the black bit. Or is that bit part of the hole fule system and can be used too?
My bike is not kept at my house so I can't have a really good look at it.

Yes you can fill it all the way up.

So if filling up when out and about. What do you do.
Put some 2 stroke in, then fuel, then a bit more 2 stroke then top up. Give it all a big shake.

I know I can go 65 miles on a full tank so if I happen to be out where I know I will not make it back to camp I will bring some oil with me and mix it in the tank.

I always pre mix in a can prior to putting in the bike to make sure the mix is right. If I'm out at an event I'll bring more already pre mixed.
