I finally found a replacement trelleborg rear tire. So my stupid question is, the bike came with some kind of insert that replaced the tubes, how do I re-seat the new tire once I get it on
if it's a mousse, and you lubed it good (if you didn't need lube, the mousse may be shot..) you just shoot some air into the valve stem hole - use a rubber tipped airgun. or if there is a tubeless type valve stem in there, even better. depends on how the previous owner set it up. also, leave rimlock loose until you get it to seat - or it'll never seat.

get some mousse lube. mousse's can be a bear to mount. and get a tubeless tire valve to put in the old hole if there's nothing there - then you can just bead it up using regular inflator. - or pull the schrader valve and use a airgun..
