I have had my tank of an age, I went to refit it and have the bolt for the rads plastics but can find the back bit the bit that would be a nut in normal world. I can't remember what it looks like. Anyone got a pic?

In my defence i have to keep my bike at my mothers, get very little time to work on it and by brother is a messily git (he lives there). Feel a right prat.

If it's the black insert is missing, you will need a new tank.
Or, you can fill in the cavity with some melted plastic and use a SHORT sheet metal screw to hold the shrouds on.

It's that goofy insert that captures the rad louvers through the grommet, right? Bottom of the radiator up front? It is a plastic bit that has a hoop or loop on it that captures the louver tab. Worst case is put a proper nut on it with a couple of washers, that should get you through until you find the insert piece.
