I did not see any mention of mobil oils? Their hydraulic and full synth works perfect.

I used to run Mobil 1 synthetic atf in my 45 zokes on the Huskys. I'm thinking it was around a 7 weight. Worked pretty well for me.

It was an interesting read I thought. Maybe the mobil 1 wasn't available when written.
This info is just something to think about when changing fork/shock oil. The mobil 1 synthetic ATF is on list, but that's it

Regarding Mobil 1 ATF: My Zoke Shiver 45 fork manual recommends 7.5w fluid; Mobil 1 ATF @ 7 is close enough, no?

Mobil 1 ATF in cartridge forks?

The article states near the beginning that ATF is too thick for use in cartridge-type forks, like the Shiver 45.

SteveV: Did you state that you DID run ATF in your Shiver 45? How did it work?
