My two favorite "Eastern" suspension tuners are Mark Klein, listed in the first reply, and Drew Smith, of WER ( www.werproducts.net ) If you don't want to ship, Mark would be a great choice.

Brett is still doing suspension work. He is now in the Alpharetta/John's Creek area, a business park on Shiloh Rd. I do not have contact info for him.
