Threw the 300 at some rocks

Took the bike out for a spin yesterday after its yearly refresh.
What a machine. Got a nasty tire cut early in the loop but did not even notice the puncture till almost at the end. Tubliss is great!

Holy carp man, I think you could re-write your post to be:

"Threw some ROCKS at the 300"...LOL.

Looks like perfect terrain for a trials bike...lol. Did you have to replace your clutch plates after that ride (lol)?

How'd your pipe look after ride? I felt for you when your chain slipped off @3:00ish, had that happen during a rain ride when I hit a rock the wrong way.

Do you run a steering damper for those conditions? Seems that might be a perfect addition to keep deflections to a minimum.

Reminds me of watching sections of the Roof of Africa hard enduro...frickin' brutal

Nice save over the "bridge" - that could have ended badly...lol.

Congrats on making it back to staging, I might have tucked my tail about 5 minutes in and walked back :o

Lol.
The gasgas exhaust header is nice and high. I usually run it fully exposed without any problems. No syeering damper. Just tires at around 0.6 bar with tubliss. Suspension currently 4 clicks out from standard settings front and rear. Sag at 120mm and its good to go. Clutch on the gasser is proper. Never ever had issues. No steering damper.
Yeah that pesky rock was just at the wrong angle and height to push the chain off.
That bridge thing over the fence almost had me. I just put my ass over the rear fender and hoped for the best. :)
I did actually take the trialsbike into that river section. I almost died. Not easy at all. Much simpler on the EC.
Im still slow on that loop. Some of my buddies just fly over that terrain. 3rd gear just before powerband kind of stuff. They crazy
