Time to pimp the Gasser

Skidad, I have a sprocket that has hooked teeth but none missing. You are welcome to it for the cost of shipping

skidad,I think between shane and myself we have about 5 used 50 tooth sprockets,he may even have a 52 if you want to try any of them out,you can have them afterwards as they are used, but not junk,i would just go buy a headlight off the shelf from kevinscycles, they have some nice ones available

Skidad, I have 48-52 yours with the chain guide when you figure what you can't get locally.

Paul

Thanks for the sprocket offers everyone.

I have a bunch coming from PEB (and a backup chain guard just in case) and whatever he doesn't have I'll still be looking for. Will let you know.

If your rocks are anything like NE Pa rock you'll like the s12.. I was running a 130/80-18 on my 03.. The smaller s12's seem to chunk but not the 130 or 140,, strange.. Never had the front s12,, I was running a bridgestone, 59?

hmmm not any more .... I thought I had run this combo before but now I'm thinking it was 13/50. I concure with gmp too snappy in the tight stuff. pretty good in the quad track stuff though.

Knowing that brian Vt most likely rides similar terrain, and seeing as how I don't have a 50, I put the stock 48 back on. It's been a few years since I've run it. got a feeling it will be the opposite of 13/52 and be too tall for the tight stuff. I'll order a 50 for back up!! I'm on a 300 btw

hmmm went for ride today with the stock 13/48 on the bike ....towards the end of the day I was kind of getting used to it. went through all the usual nasty stuff I ride, was a bit tall in a few areas but at the end of the day I was kind of digging it. I'll leave it on there for awhile ....

If i was 160lb or so and not 255lb then i bet i would dig the 13:48. Its just my weight the bike has trouble pulling around. But seeings how yester day was the first time i have ever hit the top of 6th i am not going to even consider another 48.
