Where can I find a guide how to change raplace fork seals on Sachs 46mm.
And user guide.
To Sachs front fork Sitting on GasGas EC300-10.

Hopefully you've got a Sachs 48 ...

Use care when removing the rebound adjuster and fork cap - the adjuster is threaded into the rebound rod as well as the cap and you can screw up the threads quite easily.

In general - loosen the fork cap and adjuster from the fork leg. When the spring is exposed force it down slightly and remove the cap from the rebound rod. Remove the spring and rebound adjuster rod and set aside.

Gently pry down the dust seal, then release the circlip from atop the oil seal, and slide hammer the oil seal from the upper leg by pulling sharply on the lower leg.

Remove the old components, taking care to keep them in order, and inspect the ones you intend on re-using. (hint: now is a great time to replace the bushings). Carefully install the dust seal over the leg, then the washer and new oil seal. Use a fork seal driver to seat the seal and re-install the circlip, then dust seal.

Fill with a decent fork oil (I always use KYB 01M) to the desired level with the fork collapsed and spring out. Re-install the rebound adjuster rod and spring, and CAREFULLY re-attach the cap. Slide the leg up and attach the cap to the upper leg.

Have a drink, and repeat on leg #2.

The rebound adjuster will most likely come out of the damper rod along with the fork cap. Do yourself a favour and push it down and out of the fork cap. Thread it into the damper rod first then install the fork cap over it, as you are doing the cap up you'll hear the clickers start to click. This will prevent you from stripping the adjuster threads.

Oh and the Sachs 48mm are very very similar to any open chamber fork out there. Millions of YouTube videos on how to change fork seals in OC forks.
User manual for them though? don't hold your breath they don't seem to exist.
