Ive been setting up a new 03 250 mc and it came with a 5.6 spring
I got a 5.2 which tested at 5.4 and I have a 5.0 that tested to 5.2
I ride A and weigh 215 and this bike is strictly set up for offroad .
I went to a 4.8 yamaha spring on the Olins shock so I have these springs for sale at $40.00 each . I couldnt get the shock to settle with the heavier springs and it was only using about 1/2 of the travel and then really went stiff.
The shock also was never properly bled from the factory . It had alot of air in it and the piston wasnt set correctly. The shock had a rebound check valve also which when removed greatly enhanced the compression damping which it was affecting.
