Tragic news from Sundays Rad Dad Enduro
Legendary nice guy that happened to love riding dirt bikes here in the Southeast US, Rick "Wholesome" Holsemback was found lying on the trail unconscious.

He was a longtime SETRA member/competitor/board member.
Some of the personal thoughts from the link above really show how admired and respected Rick was.
He went out doing what he loved!
No official word that I know of yet but the speculation is that his heart gave up.
 
sorry to hear that, never knew him but always sad to hear of a fallen rider

will attempt a wheelie in his honor next ride
 
R.I.P. Sir We had the same happen a year or so back, he heart attack during a Blackjack enduro We all have to go at some point, some peace can be had knowing they had a smile on their face....
