Whangamata - anyone done it?

Ride this Sunday, between Wangas and Waihi - what's it like, considering the amount of rain we have had/are having?
Also Woodhill (Muriwai) the following weekend - always a good spot, any one going ? Noobs?

I havent done that ride before, I probably would have done, but this university thing is screwing with my riding.
Muriwai, might be there, might not, dad still isnt 100% after tearing his ligaments to pieces

Done it a couple of times.Good ride but super slippery clay when wet.Some good rutty,rooty red loops.Still off my bike at the moment,frustrating.
