it was just a thought. maybe they could steal husaberg from ktm? fat chance.
but anyhoo.....
id love to see gasgas come out with a 70 degree two stroke, with or without fuel injection. heck id just love to see them come out with anything that could sell better than a ktm. to see what a radical design change that we know works would do to the two stroke would be awesome too. i mean take what husaberg has for a motor, and make a 200, a 250, and a 300, and maybe even like a 144 and a 125 even two stroke, and see what it would do. if gasgas played the market right they could make a killing on sales in the united states (we Americans love the new and exciting) especially with off road riding becoming more and more popular. alls gasgas needs to do is make the bike, make sure it works well, and the different magazines would swarm all over it. boom free advertising. next, open new dealerships. make them available, and make gofasters the bench mark of quality for these new dealerships. i cant say i've ever been happier with service provided that with gofasters. next, sell the bike cheap. whatever the orange guys are selling their bikes for, make it cheaper. make sure that parts are readily available. if they made an investment like that, they stand to profit immensely, and say after 5, 6 year maybe, they could very well dominate the off road market in the US, thereby dethroning the orange king.
sorry if this sounds like alot of insane ranting, i have lots and lots of free time in school to let the ideas run rampant, and this happens to be a perfect place to unleash them. sorry.
