What parts should I order for Marzoc 45mm?

I have decided to keep the Shivers and rebuild them as the Ohlins are giving me a head ache.

Besides replacing the bushes, do you have any other suggestions as in other "wearing" parts to replace? The are working fine as is besides the "play" in the bushes.

These are off a Gas Gas 05 and have seen a fair amount of riding over the years.

I bought a set of WP's for my 99EC200 last summer, which had some time on them also. We broke the forks down, cleaned the valve stacks, inspected everything, replaced seals, and wipers, and bushings, refilled with oil...make some adjustments and all is well.

Good Luck

Inspect the bushings first. If the teflon coating (a dull light grey/green) is not worn off exposing the shiny bronze the bushings are OK, so don't waste your money. Check the condition of the anodizing on the inside of the sliders. Don't forget to check the rebound piston ring as well (same thing, teflon coated bronze). Checkplate/midvalve function and valving for cleanliness. Other than that seals and wipers and your good to go.
