What size carb vent tubes to buy?

I need to replace all the vent lines on the carb, just wondered if anyone knows what size fits the PWK 38 on my 2011 EC 300.

I also noticed a nick in the power valve vent line:

Anyone know what size this hose would be? And while we're at it what size is the fuel line (tap to carb)? TIA

I don't have an answer for you but another question. Could you take a picture further away of that PV vent tube? I don't think my bike even has one and I don't even see a spigot where a guy would slip one onto.
