Hi all,
After riding a friends bike i've realised my suspension badly needs setting up/ servicing. There's a local firm who do personal setups but i want to make sure everything is fresh and serviced first.
I've rebuilt the shock linkage and replaced the swingarm bearings and i can see that i have an ohlins rear shock but im not sure which forks i have or how to service them- which oil and how much etc..
Any help greatly appreciated :)

Forgot to say its a 2003 EC300

The forks will have to be disassembled to revalve for your personal tastes anyway, so I'd let your suspension guy take care of the service. It would be redundant to service it twice...... You were wise to grease and service linkages though.

I was hoping he'd be able to give me a good setup without re-valving, just using the standard adjustments, so i wanted to go down there with everything working as it should. I'll be honest, i haven't changed the fork oil once in over 2 years of me owning it so i should at least do that first.
I think they are the WP units because they are a graphite grey colour?
Would it be a good idea to flush the forks out with some kind of de-greaser and replace with fresh oil? What is the reccomended grade and how much should i use?
