Which years of 250/300 have a larger tank available?

I know IMS has made oversize tanks for various years of the EC250/EC300. Does anyone know if that includes 2008? Their site doesn't show one available but that doesn't mean they didn't make one at the time and a dealer might still have one around?

I am looking for a held over 2008/2009/2010 EC300 but a larger tank is a must.
