WTB Complete Seat 2002-3

I got a great deal on a 2002 XC200, but I need a complete stock seat since it came with a Guts tall seat foam. I want to put a lower seat on it for when I loan it out to my bike-less friends who are of shorter inseams. Anybody have a 2002 or 2003 seat? At the least I just need a seat base, and I'll find some foam and a cover.

Thanks guys - since this is my loaner bike, I'm not wanting to spend a lot of money on it. Have you ever tried to price a seat from searching eBay? That was a waste of time. Bump - haven't gotten a PM, still looking for a stock seat base - my buddy has foam and a cover sitting in his shop I can have.

I have a seat base from an '01 sitting around for years. It has a crack from the owner trying to realign (bend) the mounting tabs. I got it for my '03 250 that came with the 4-stroke seat (battery cut out) but found a complete seat and never fixed/used it. Its fixable and would be fine for your use. I also have two OEM covers. If I can find a box next week its yours for the shipping.

GMP, thanks so much, that's perfect for this project. It is going toward a good cause if I can get some newbies introduced to this sport. The ability to touch the ground seems to make most new riders more comfortable for some reason.

I think the way to fix it is remove the tabs, fix the cracks, straighten and re-rivit or bolt the tabs back.

Just wanted to see if you got my PM or needed anything from me - between work and organizing an Endurocross race at our local county fair in July, I've been really busy and am lax at checking this site. I think all my friends are 25% busier than they were three years ago... cutting into the riding time.
