for a scotts steering damper stabilizer I am looking for;
1. the arm on the bottom
2. the nut that holds the arm on
3. the post pin

Does anyone happen to know the Stem O-Ring size?

Perhaps not what you wanted to hear, but Scotts do sell spare parts, and they are not too expensive either.
I once bought the nut that holds the arm, and they sent it to me (in Norway) in an envelope for just a marginal cost. I found them very helpful.

The arms come in different shapes and lenghts. There is a spare parts list at
http://www.scottsonline.com/Stabilizer_Parts.php

Which arm do you need? the straight arm or stepped arm?
The one I lost was stepped but I don't think it really matters.
I'll double check tonight but I think a straight arm would just have the small additional space between the mount and the arm. It might just require a longer pin.

Thanks for the info.
You are all rich in Norway.
I'm a broke American.
Thanks though.

Its would probably be less than $50 for the three parts from Scotts, and they would be the correct ones.
How much would you expect to pay? Hardly anything is cheap anymore.

I 2nd the option to contact Scotts directly.
I sent an old one in for some work....they ended up doing a full service to it. Changed the oil, cleaned it, new seals and orings, new nut on the bottom and new adjustment knob and it costs me something like $110. It came back like a brand new one!!!!
Plus they sent back all the old parts they took off it....guess so that I knew that they actually did work on it!!!

And if yours is a pretty old one---there is an update kit that they will install if needed.

The arm does matter, underbar is stepped and straight is above bar usually. Call Scotts
