I have the cad files for one, can send these if you have a cnc mill and a nice lump of billet. The cad model would need the edges chamfered a little, just to make it sweet. I don't have the decent software any more.
The cad file is a direct copy of the one on my bike, makes the bottom end quite a bit sharper i found.

I can fabricate some when I get the CNCmachine running again, got some problems with it at the moment..
I can also make the ajustable cover, got that on my EC 250 and it's the best mod I have ever done on that bike, can go from linear trials like power to pure brutal MXpower just by turning the knob

I know, and I'm trying, but to get it running again, I need to pay, before it can start paying for itself
and the Danish Enduro series just started yesterday, so time and money is low at the moment. But soon, it will be back in production.

Maybe It could be done, but I would recommend starting from scratch, as I do not know the wall thickness of the LTR cover, and IF it's not thick enough it will not last for that long..

I did not yet calculate a price on the adjustable cover, I have only made the one prototype that's on my EC, I was actually not thinking to make a production, It's not a buisness for me, I'm just making parts for the fun and satisfaction of doing it myself, and bcoz I'm tired of overpriced parts with poor finish
..I think the adjustable cover will end up in something like 2-300$ + shipping,
and I'll post some pics of the other bling's I've made.. It's not that interesting things, but I have a lot of fun designing and making them, and in the end I'll have a truly "special" Gasser

How about a clutch cover spacer , to give more oil volume and to replace my rekluse fibre gasget
A little off topic, but yeah, I can do that.
I was also thinking of making a spacer for the old gassers to accept the new style clutch cover.
But I did not yet, experience any problems with my clutch and decided to wait untill I need a new cover anyway.
