Old news. AJP was the first to show a previously Marzocchi equipped bike with something else, and Beta has announced a Sachs twin-chamber fork on their Racing Edition bikes that previously had red-legged 48mm PFP forks.

Edit: on marzocchie's twitter they say the moto side of things is closing. Only MTB was bought

Scoorpa is surely a very small manufacturer. Marzocchi could have built up the forks to order last week or last month.
