    Bottom end - 2018 xc250

Just buy the parts you need. There is no complete kits for sale . Order crank bearings and crank seals . You might find this as a kit aftermarket . If you plan on getting crank rebuilt you will have to buy rod kit and find someone to do this if you’re not capable of doing it . But a gasket kit etc

EC300 Crankshaft bushing, anyone want one made?

The rieju 200 crank bushing if you wanted to chuck up in lathe and cut it down shorter would work . They just to wide. I’m not positive but might be wider cause they don’t use the weight maybe behind drive gear ?

2003 GG EC300, where is the VIN plate?

Just pull headlight assy off and turn forks and you should see it it’s not electro penciled . You will see what I mean when you find it . If you don’t find it that means someone removed it and if so stolen

2003 GG EC300, where is the VIN plate?

The 2003 should still be nickle plated frame . I have a 2003 in the collection . I think my 2001 also had a factory added aluminum plate on the middle down tube tube with info besides the frame neck vin

2003 GG EC300, where is the VIN plate?

It is stamped into frame neck . It could be bunch of little dots to make the digits . If it’s been painted by someone then they probably painted over

300 2008 Wont start not even bump start

I don’t recommend letting a 2 stroke idle for longs periods of time . If your float valve is leaking by you could have flooded engine with fuel . There used to be a crank area drain plug on bottom of engine cases if you wanted to check . Should be a step Allen bolt with copper washer . Not the...

2005 EC200 Continual RH Crank Seal Failure

You’re still going to have your side to side play with your crank . It’s the engine cases themselves . Not the bearings or crank

2005 EC200 Continual RH Crank Seal Failure

Not sure why but the 200 engines did not originally come with the two piece bearing . They came with both side ball bearings

2005 EC200 Continual RH Crank Seal Failure

Yes the 200 did not use the two piece bearing . Just for info also in case you were wondering . The 200 engine cases are smaller in the crank flywheel area ( not width but the round part of flywheel are smaller on the 200 than the 250/300.

2005 EC200 Continual RH Crank Seal Failure

I love these bearings . They were expensive so Gasgas stopped using them at some point . My 2010 and 2011 had just ball bearings and they were even sealed on both sides so no premix oil got to the balls . Stupid design . Both bikes got the two piece bearing on that side . On another note I...

2005 EC200 Continual RH Crank Seal Failure

The side to side movement was common in high mileage early 2000 era bikes we had around here . The one side crank bearing that is supposed to be pressed into case ends up not needing to be pressed anymore . Not much you can do with it . Motoclassic in the uk has some nos 200 engine cases . On...
