I’ve never seen a blank out insert for any headlight assy. Why not just buy a number plate then and remove headlight shroud ? I think I bought the last of the 2011 headlight shrouds from cpd . The newer rieju light itself had different part number than the 2011 light but are same.

You’re just gonna have to get bearing numbers off them or measure them . Don’t cheap out on the bearings . Be sure to get crank seals and don’t forget there is a oring on the rh crank shaft

Gasgas did not make their own forks . They bought them from fork manufacturers . Year to year they changed venders

Do you have a ec or xc model ? Ec had the large flywheel which usually has a special made washer to lock in the timing . The xc is smaller flywheel setup and I believe these did not have the special washer to lock in timing . The ex you could remove the special washer and adjust timing if wanted...

Are you missing your crank all together ? If not buy a rod kit and get your crank rebuilt . I do them myself these days

One bearing presses into case tight and holds crank in place . Other side usually just taps in . On the 250 /300 older engines they used a bearing on one side that the center comes out bearing and this is press fit onto crank

Oh ok . I have some stock top triple clamps around here . But different years might have different size bores for forks

Doesn’t the dampener mounting bracket just replace the two top bar clamps ? Think that’s how mine are
