The issue with the "fits all two strokes" is that the linkage design changed dramatically in 2012 - I'd bet this is for the previous generation.

What I am not sure of since the valving was changed on the 13 (who knows what is really true) would the different pullrods mess with the 12 suspension linkage. As I am on the short side I would not mind doing this myself. From what I have been told 2 guys sat on a 12 and a 13 back to back and they thought the seat height felt the same and if it was shorter it was a 1/8 of and inch not a 1/2 like they say. Has anyone measured the pullrods on a 12 and 13 to see if there really is a difference besides the supplier????

You can't go by showroom bikes as the preload is jacked up all over the map, and the bike is new with more stiction. I don't see how they could be that much lower if the fork was unchanged, because that would slow the steering.

What also happens with longer rods is there is more initial leverage on the shock, and a steeper climb in ratio. I think the newer linkage has slightly less leverage, as the rear on my '12 bike feels a bit stiffer with the 5.2 than my '07 does with a 5.4. Both springs preloaded to 9mm. A '12 pull rod is 137mm.
