1999 EC250 crank spins relative to bearing race

The counter balanced engine did end in '98.
The Ducati stator's magnetic field also acted like a flywheel.

The top piece is a flywheel.
The bottom piece is a counter balancer.

Do I i install flywheel or counterbalance to the cranK behind gear that engages clutch basket?

Here is the clutch side.
Not sure which gear / weight you are looking for.
If you look close, the gear that drives the counter weight is aligned
incorrectly. There are punch marks on the two gears that are supposed to
be aligned.
Hope this helps.

I suppose any electrically loaded lighting coil will eat up HP and oppose engine RPM increase like a FWW, but the magnetic field will not help with stall prevention like a rotating mass.

Installed new 6306 c3 crank bearings and relative motion between crank journal and inner bearing race (slip) requires much more force to impart.

2001 crank had a much much tighter fit with crank bearing id.

Cannot find info on how to make crank larger.

May look across to other 2t models for similar issues.
