Any 94-98 KX 250 tailsection should bolt right up. If you can land a complete unit, it'll give you a spare airbox, carb boot, & filter cage. Of course, the Kawi green would have to go.
That looks like the one, although I'd prefer the whole unit. You can only bend & break one of those so many times, then the whole thing becomes fatigued...therefore rendering it junk. I don't usually just bend or break...I go for destroyed.
