2008 De 300..less Than 10 Hours!

2008 DE 300..I got it new 1 month ago..less than 10 hours on it..thought I had it sold locally..buyer could not get $..so here goes agian...i live in virginia..can meet if not too far away..the first 5000.00 takes it..the bike has is great..no issues at all..no trades..the price is firm...I AM allready losing my rear on this as it is..you want a new 08 DE 300 AT WAY,WAY below dealer cost..here it is..call me if serious..my cell is 434 509 9363..ask for Ricky

Okay..here goes it..THIS bike 1 month ago cost me over 7 grand..I added pro suspension revalve..skidplate,twin air aluminum air cage,ltr clutch protector.rejetted..cck needle#3 position..,14oz flywheel weight..Brp scotts sterring damper mount..weld on scotts damper tower..that adds up another500.00 ..so I have 7.500.00 invested..I rode the bike several times at local trail..also at my track at my house..I am asking 4995.00..IS the problem I am to low on the price..people are asking whats wrong with the bike..the answer is NOTHING..CALL Mark at GOFASTERS he knows me..I have title for the bike..also have extra air filter and the brand new never rode on stock tires..If this bike does not sell at this price I would hate to be a GASGAS dealer trying to make a living selling these at dealer prices..I HAVE DIGITAL PICS..here is a pic of the bike, if interested, I can send additional pics.

You only posted on 6/8. Not even a week has passed. People need to figure out how they are going to pay and how they are picking it up. I would not worry.

Shipping doesn't look to bad from Virginia to other areas in the same zone.

talked to him..have not heard back..i am thinking seriously about ebay..with a high reserve ..or just wait until the 09 models come out at 8 grand..anyway the low price was for a fast sell...or heck might just keep it..i can sell another bike ..a friend said if he could sell his 05 de 300 for 2 grand he would buythis one from me..we will see..thanks for looking ..Ricky

i wouldnt reccomend ebay, my bike was at a reserve of 5000 with 20 hours on it, and it only got to 2500 before i made a deal with the original owner, outside of ebay( he lived near me) i did give him his 5000, but i dont think he would have gotten it on ebay..

I am glad you found a buyer for your bike. I wish it was closer to me I would have bought it for sure. I found one closer to home. Not as good of a deal but still a fair price.

GasGas is a good bike..but after owning 4 new gasgas bikes I am done..the problem is that the resale is horrible..i gave that bike away..I LOST 2 GRAND in a month and if it were not for a friend who was going to New york and delivered my bike for free i would still have it..if it were a ktm i would have sold it in a day..The way i see it..its not up to me to promote and educate the public about GASGAS..the company in spain should take the american buying public more serious..and they do not! Thank goodness for guys like Mark and Steve at GOFASTERS if not for them GASGAS would be gonegone in the states..They are great people! You regular GASGAS guys are gonna have to look out for each other and support what few dealers are out there..Thanks
