2008 Racing

Problem with Marzocchi is that BMW came in with a huge order and gazumped all the smaller manufacturers. They went to the back of the queue.

Figured that was it. Thats a lot of forks when you consider their new bike as well as Husky's needs.

As far as the configuration, if the current bikes come to the US as non-homologated competition bikes to pass the regs, why should these be any different? Canada always got Euro spec bikes, so now I guess they will get an EC with a DE kit.

It sounds as though the US Dist is not ordering any "Racing" models.

The CDN Dist is going to order some but only as special order/pre-sold units. I am seriously thinking about pulling the plug on a 300 Racing.

Do you mean pulling the plug (killing the idea), or pulling the trigger (going for one) ?

ScottyR , is it Dave Fair @ GasGas Pacific your talking about? I do belive he has a local dealer with one coming in when they are available. I was at his shop 2 weeks ago and i met John Svbota who is becoming a dealer for the Enduro line in Sooke , BC , and if im not mistaken he said he has asked Dave to bring 1 in for him. If i remember the Conversation correctly , Steve

Hey, where did you hear this info from? It seems to bad if that's true. I think at least a small batch of them they would have no problems selling. For the $500 or so extra and what you get it seems quite reasonable IMO. Oh well, I can only look and dream anyway as I can't afford a new bike.
