Are you losing much water? And do you have any running problems or different temp readings?

I have recently had a replate, I'm not losing any water but I did notice if I touch the end of the right pv breather tube there is a trace of coolant but I've never seen it drip from there

I really don't know how much coolant I'm losing. I have only teststarted the bike after the replate. It's clearly dripping from the pv-cover and It's also coolant on the piston and in the crank.

And are you sure it's not just the inner o ring?

Best case scenario and a bit of wishful thinking

I'm gonna try and clean/polish the cylinder and try again with a new set of orings.

The bike is now started with new o-rings. No luck still dripping from the pv-cover. I made a coverplate for the cylinderbase and pressuretested It with hot water. It's a tiny leak in the left exhaustport
At least now I know where the coolant dissapeard the first time It broke down.
