The PR3 may find a place somewhere since it has a low seat height but looks like cheap taiwan stuff. If it were something you could throw a pipe/cam and it holds up like an XR you may have something. Sounds like there have been cheapness issues with them. Hopefully they get it figured out because the PR3 could be great for the wife.

It doesn't look cheap to me but I haven't seen one in the flesh.. It could be ..just don't know.. I like the concept but don't know how they really work or their reliability etc.. They aren't brought into the USA from what I know unless there is some recent development. I think the styling is good. I like the forks and the pipe and the general design.. at least in pictures..

Spent a good deal of time talking with the distributor the other day. He has not seen one in person but is fairly excited. He is located in Vermont if anyone is close it would be great if someone could stop by and ride some of them.

I would consider opening a local supply of them if they turned out to be XR like bulletproof. If they could boost the hp to about 25 that would be huge.

He said he will be taking preorders in a couple weeks so actual bikes are close but could be a smart carb type of thing too.

Just a little updated information for ya'll

The liquid cooled one is fuel injected. AJPs have been available in the UK for some time. I saw some new ones for sale in a bike shop and they looked well put together, but never seen one in use on the track or trail. Despite the valiant attempts of their marketing department, I don't think they've ever sold all that well. Probably due to the conservative nature of the dirtbike buying public, especially when it comes to machines that don't sit comfortably in a particular category. The depreciation in value on new AJPs must be steep compared to more established brands
