A shameless plug here but it was just confirmed-we (The Almosta Race) will be interviewed on the Pit Pass Radio Show tomorrow at www.pitpassradio.com It is a 2 hour syndicated motorcycle talk radio show that is broadcast every Tuesday evening from 7-9PM Central time on radio stations, the Internet & thru their Facebook page. Not sure where we will be in the lineup but also on tomorrow's show are Andrew Short, Phil Nicoletti, Dustin Dominguez, & Sebastio Ferreira. (They're all famous, we're Almosta famous :-) ) Tune in if you can and send them your comments! It's Almosta Time!

Dominguez

Not sure if you knew or not but Dustin Dominguez is almosta local. He's from Oklahoma. Congrats on being on the radio show. I'll be listening.

I saw that, he has quite a resume for such a young rider. Maybe we'll get him out of the leathers for a day and into the woods!

Another Almosta in the books! It snowed, it quit, then it snowed some more. 108 riders for this year in spite of the weather, I think the trail held up well, no serious injuries again (Thank you Lord) and it appears a good time was had by all. Thanks to all our sponsors, volunteers & riders. We considered calling it a 2 hour race instead of 3, but a quick scan of this pits and the riders were having none of that!! Totals to come soon. THANKS TO ALL!! We had riders from from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, & Minnesota! The border war was won again by Arkansas but it took a tiebreaker to seal the deal! Final tally was Ark-8, OK-8, Mo-2, & Ks-2, tie breaker was the top 5 team placings Ar had 8, Ok had & Mo had 1 each. Tight racing and finishes by all! We'll update total raised for the Rider Down Foundation as soon as tally is complete.

We want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to all of our racers and their families/support teams. When we left for work this morning and saw the yard in the daylight-no trash to be seen! That's 108 racers and all the people who came with them who cleaned up after themselves....Dirt bikers are the best! Thanks again!!
