mountain thumper New member Aug 28, 2009 #2 turn the petcock to "off" and just tip the bike all the way over, almost to the ground. this will remove liquid gasoline, but it can still varnish, the only other way ive heard is to take the carb off. Last edited: Aug 28, 2009
