Think buy some aftermarket pipe to get more mid and top range power. Which one its best for that? Hgs, Dep,Doma,ProCircuit,Scalvini,Messico or some else? It had allready veryveryvery strong torque on low rpm because oversize pv-cover, S3 head with tightest insert and jetting stuff. Oh its 2009 300cc with brand new cylinder, reeds and so pipe is o original GG pipe and perfeckt condition. Meybe doma or dep? --> www.antithumper.700hp.com/gasserfly.html

Nobody never ride bike with aftermarket pipe? I ordered Doma, hope i get it next week and then we know its worth of cost.

I have an FMF gnarly pipe, but it's designed for more low end. I've never been in the market for one with more top end, so I don't really have anything of value to add to the topic.

Front wheel feels lighter with Doma pipe ;) It really boost mid and top range. Low end torque is still there with oversize pv-cover... i`m happy.

In the US we don't have all the Euro pipe options readily available. Past Doma pipes were paper thin so not even a consideration by most serious enduro guys. I think the stock GG pipe is fine. Its sturdy like an FMF gnarly and has a good balance of power. Maybe more top end is desirable in Europe with more wide open grass track and MX type stuff but for American enduros and harescrambles usually not needed.

I am an Enduro guy and actually prefer a mid and up powerband. I like the engine to be a little soft off idle but still be able to pull itself. It is nice in really slick conditions to lug it in the soft spot and then have a good surge for when the traction is good.

Exactly my reason for prefering 250s over 300s. I think my '12 250 is the most mid top focused of the four I've had.

I dont race with bike and dont need more power...just like it better now than with stock pipe...i like power more is better ;) I buy doma pipe from finnish gasgas dealer www.gasgas.fi
Its not paper thin ...pretty much same weight than stock gg pipe.
